  • In United States v. Isaac Anthony, attorney Paul Kratzig defended a certified public accountant against a 55-count indictment. Mr. Kratzig's client was accused of a wide spectrum of offenses related to defense department contracts, including mail fraud, wire fraud, conspiracy to defraud the country, theft and obstruction of justice. After a three-week jury trial, Mr. Kratzig obtained a verdict of not guilty on all counts.
  • In the high-profile case involving a county sheriff and drug forfeiture money (United States of America vs. James T. Hickey and Bradford M.
