Paul G. Kratzig, who began his career as a Special Attorney in the Organized Crime and Racketeering Section of the United States Department of Justice, is particularly qualified to represent clients accused of complex federal crimes.
After graduating from law school, Mr. Kratzig served as a line officer in the United States Navy aboard a destroyer, USS Preston (DD-795). Thereafter, Mr. Kratzig served as a Special Attorney for the United States Department of Justice, Organized Crime and Racketeering Section, assigned to a Strike Force in New Orleans, Louisiana.
He has extensive experience in criminal cases ranging from Medicare/Medicaid fraud to business and environmental crimes. He also represents business and corporate clients involved in high-stakes civil litigation, including oil and gas disputes, contract disputes and many other cases.
Mr. Kratzig has been honored with the highest possible rating (AV Preeminent*) from Martindale-Hubbell, which testifies to both his excellent ethical standards and his legal ability. He is also a member of the American Board of Trial Advocates (ABOTA).
